Pearls are timeless but I think the organic shape of these pearls give the minimalist gold drop earrings an updated contemporary look. The beautiful baroque pearls have a lovely white/cream shade and possess a really nice lustre. Each pair of pearls will be unique but the size will be about 11mm long and about 10mm wide. The pearls are wire wrapped with gold-filled wire and they hang from gold vermeil (14k over sterling silver) lever backs for a simple chic design that goes with everything. The earrings dangle a little over an inch from the top of the ear wires and are comfortable and lightweight to wear. Pearls continue to be popular and would be a stylish addition to your jewelry collection - the neutral shade also makes them a really versatile accessory. Pearls are one of June's birthstones.
